Over the past several years I have utilized your services on many difficult complex losses with great success. I like the way your staff treats our Insured's, always resourceful finding ways to complete a task instead of finding reasons why he can't do it, be it 30 below Zero in a basement or dozens of boxes of contents to inventory frozen solid under tarps in the Insured's yard.

Your staff has the ability to think outside the box and get the job done. I am always amazed at their ability to price out odd items. They have a wealth of expert contacts he can call upon to help in that regard.

I have been using e-djusters throughout Ontario, and your staff have provided service beyond the call. He ensured we set realistic deadlines for the various processes along the way. He followed up regularly keeping us on target and informed but was never pushy.

I'm writing to you today to talk to you about the fantastic job one of your employees has done in handling one of the single worst events of my life. I owe her my sanity over the past 8 weeks.

Ever since the adjuster from Claimspro contacted e-djuster and the employee was assigned as my Contents Claim Specialist, there has been a great weight lifted from my shoulders. She took care in going room to room and making a careful inventory of everything in each room, which is something that after the fire I would have been completely unable to do. She also took the time to place things that looked like they may have had sentimental value, such as pictures, photo albums, important paperwork and portraits, on to each bed in the bedrooms to save them from being disposed of by the clean-up crew. This action alone warrants this letter.

To say she has been a help to me at one of the worst times of my life would be an understatement. Her knowledge, patience and understanding has been a breath of fresh air when compared to dealing with the two insurance companies which are dealing with my fire.

I would just like to drop a personal note regarding our loss on March 4, 2010. On this day, we had a very unfortunate situation where we had a small fire in the laundry room. This situation was exasperated due to the fact that it was located below the electrical panel, the water pipes burst and could not be turned off for three hours, hence everything went very wrong. On top of this, it was my son’s 18th birthday that day and due to the smoke, we lost our two beloved cats, Marley and Tosh. Not a good day to say the least.

However, shortly afterwards, e-djusters Inc. came on board and brought some sanity to a seemingly impossible situation. I would like to express my sincere gratitude on how sensitive, thorough, patient, and respectful you were when we discussed all the large to very small details of the house contents. It truly made me feel as if some part of the tragedy was under control.

Having clear instructions from you as to what we needed to provide, keeping the communications channels open (e-mail, phone, etc), providing quality service, using technology to expedite the process ... you have definitely reduced our stress level in this part of our claim.

I would like to commend one of your employee's who was sent to assess the damage of the 'portable' contents from a recent claim I filed with our insurance company, Aviva. Among the items were some cherished Belgian crystal glasses handed down by family. I knew the make, but not which of the more than 400 patterns they were, and despaired of ever finding replacements. Despite the fact that I engaged my family, friends, specialty shops and even an online service in search of that particular design, nothing turned up.

I have no idea how he did it -- whether by skill, initiative, motivation or time invested, but you can imagine my surprise and utter delight when he found the exact pieces I was looking for. I am now able to order them from the States -- most likely the last ones left of a discontinued pattern!

It is not often these days to find people who take pride in their work and offer more than expected service. I simply could not be happier. Thank you kindly.

Although my personal dealings with the Specialist have been exclusively through e-mail (my wife has spoken to him regarding the claim on the phone a number of times), both she and I agree that as difficult it has been for our family to navigate our way through living away from our home for almost a year and dealing with the myriad headaches all that's entailed, our experience with e-djuster as it's been represented by this specialist has been nothing but a breath of fresh air.

Every time we called upon the Specialist to clarify something for us or to look into an answer for one of our queries, he promptly and patiently took care of us, never once giving off the feeling that we were making more work for him or being a nuisance.
